BAKASANA

TECHNIQUE

  1. Squat on the haunches with feets together. The soles and heels should rest on floor. Raise the seat from floor and balance.
  2. Exhale,  wrap the arms around bent legs and rests palms on floor.
  3. Bend the elbows, raise the heels from floor, rests the shins on the back of upper arms near armpits.
  4. Exhale, swing the body forward and lift toes off the floor.
  5. Stretch the arms straight and balance the entire body on hands.
  6. Stay for near about half or one minute according to your capacity and come back.
